• Listings are reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline or remove any listing, including listings that appear inaccurate, illegal or unsafe.
• Sellers must have the right to sell the material and must disclose hazardous items, contamination and known defects.
• Listings marked "Sample" illustrate the format and are not live offers.

Rates and content

Rates shown are indicative ranges for planning, not offers or guarantees. Guides are general information; tax, legal and regulatory rules change, so confirm your position with a qualified professional before acting.

Transactions

Each deal is governed by the written quote or agreement for that deal, covering grades, rates, weighment, deductions, logistics, documentation and payment. Weighment is at the agreed certified weighbridge or calibrated scale. Hazardous materials are handled only through authorised channels.

Prohibited items

Arms, ammunition, explosives, sealed or pressurised containers that have not been made safe, radioactive material, stolen goods and any material whose sale is prohibited by law.

Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Varanasi/Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
