How we work with mills

1. Specification sheet – thickness distribution, maximum dimensions, coating and contamination limits, prohibited items.
2. Monthly plan – volumes by grade, delivery schedule and unloading capacity.
3. Sourcing – verified domestic sellers from our pan-India network, plus imports when landed cost per tonne of liquid steel is better.
4. Quality control – photos at loading, optional pre-dispatch inspection, radiation screening for imports.
5. Weight reconciliation – dispatch and receipt weighbridge slips compared against an agreed tolerance.
6. Compliance – GST invoices, e-way bills, and support for GST reverse charge and 2% TDS obligations on metal scrap.

Yield beats headline price

A supplier ₹1/kg cheaper with 88% yield costs more per tonne of liquid metal than one with 93% yield. We encourage mills to measure yield by supplier and price accordingly – and we prepare material to protect yield: heavy, clean, dry and furnace-ready.

Purvanchal and eastern India

Mills in eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar can receive domestic scrap by road from our Ramnagar base and imported material via Kolkata/Haldia, with inland delivery to plant.
