Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kabadi24 ("we") handles personal data collected through kabadi24.com. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind. It is general information and not legal advice.

What we collect

• Form data: name, company, phone/WhatsApp number, email, GSTIN, location and details of the material you want to sell or buy, and messages you send us.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as pages visited, referring website and campaign parameters) and, if analytics is enabled, anonymous usage statistics.
• We do not collect payment card details on this website.

Why we use it

• To verify listings and counterparties, respond to enquiries and arrange inspections, weighment, logistics, invoicing and payment.
• To keep business, tax and audit records required by law.
• To improve the website and understand which pages and channels bring enquiries.

We use your data only for these purposes, on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form and to perform the business transaction you request.

Sharing

Your contact details are not published on listings. We share them with a counterparty only after both sides are verified and you have asked us to proceed with a deal. We may share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, transport, inspection agencies) under confidentiality, and with authorities where the law requires.

Retention

Enquiries and listings are kept as long as needed for the purposes above and for tax and accounting record-keeping periods required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for future contact, subject to legal record-keeping obligations. Contact us using the details below.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS. Stored data is protected from public web access, and access is limited to authorised staff.
